I've been using this translator for two years now, and I absolutely love it! The double-click word translation feature is a lifesaver when reading scientific papers with uncommon words because it lets you stay in the reading flow without constantly switching to the translator.

I again cannot log into my account in extension because of the error {"driver":true,"name":"MongoError","index":0,"code":17419} For the first time, this problem occurred with my original account, then they added a license to my second account, but now I get the same error when logging in through the second account. I wrote in support of the extension, at first, they responded, but for the last six months, they have simply ignored my requests.

Unfortunately not usable, hope it can be fixed soon. Currently using TinaMind as a temporary replacement.

Guys, have been using Pro for quite a while and love it overall! I'm using it as chrome extension and mainly find it convenient because of the on-page popup translation. But the struggle is that oftentimes it's not working. I see that the action triggers the popup(it appears as a small box with loading) but nothing happens then. If you fix it, I promise to keep recommending it to everyone:)

Not bad, but after using it a few times, it starts charging. So I switched to TinaMind, which has always been free.

Keyboard shortcuts are not working

If anyone's interested, it's the Edge translator. Too expensive for free!

You turn off continuous translation. The green Mate icon disappears. End. It's all dead. Uninstall extension. Reinstall extension. You are struggling. Expensive and not good. If you reinstall it asks for the money! You don't even know where to log in. Money thrown out the window. "Mouse Tooltip Translator" totally free and better. All time work.

Can't login to my account from new device. Vocabulary has been lost completely, yet I was overcharged for one more subscription somehow

Pronunciation still uses that old, terrible, google translator voice that I hate so much, and basically the free version it's no difference between it, there is a better option for learning English for free..
